All conditions must be met for a refund of purchase price of the item , less both postage fees .
I mail Monday thru Thursday (an occasional Friday) . Holidays, Extreme weather, Government mandated quarantines, or Shortage of Postal Workers , could effect the mailing and/or delivery date.
